Online ordering is now available for approved Inukshuk wholesale customers.

Your account is connected to your approved wholesale details, including pricing, shipping information, and order history where applicable. The online store is designed to simplify ordering while keeping the same pallet structure and freight process you already use.

Online wholesale ordering is built around fixed pallet options. Pricing and products are visible once you are logged in with an approved wholesale account.

Accessing your account

To access your wholesale account:

  1. Go to the wholesale store.
  2. Click the account icon in the top right.
  3. Enter the email address connected to your approved wholesale account.
  4. Use the login code sent to your email.
  5. Once logged in, your approved pricing and available products will be visible.

Your account is tied to your approved wholesale profile. Pricing and available products are not visible until you are logged in.

Building your order

Online ordering is structured around full pallet options.

You can choose from single-formula pallets or approved mixed-formula pallets.

  • Single-formula pallets

    Single-formula pallets include one formula per pallet.

    Available single-formula pallet options:

    26/16
    30/25
    32/32
    Marine 26/16
    Marine 30/25

    This option is best when you know exactly which formula you need.

  • Mixed-formula pallets

    Mixed pallets include two formulas within one pallet shipment. These approved preset options are built to stay within pallet and freight limits.

    Available mixed pallets:

    26/16 + Marine 26/16
    26/16 + 30/25
    30/25 + Marine 30/25
    Marine 30/25 + Marine 26/16

    Custom mixed pallets are not available through standard online ordering.

What stays the same

  • Structure Stays the Same

    Online ordering gives approved customers a new way to place orders, but the wholesale structure remains the same. Standard pallet structure and weight limits still apply.

  • Freight

    Freight delivery and carrier communication remain part of the ordering process. Your shipping details have been imported to your store account.

  • Carrier Communications

    The carrier handling your shipment will continue to coordinate delivery directly with you when required. Let us know if you need assitance, we're here to help.

What is not available online

  • Work Directly With our Sales team

    Custom mixed-pallets, larger volume pricing, and account-specific order needs should be handled directly with the Inukshuk team.

  • The Extras on Top

    Samples and extra bags must be ordered through a salesperson.

  • 5 Pallets or More

    Orders over 5 pallets should be handled with your salesperson, so we can give you the adjusted price break.

Checkout and Shipping

  • Before submitting your order

    Confirm the correct shipping address.
    Review delivery details.
    Check that your pallet selection is correct.

  • Contact us if information isn't right

    Contact us before ordering if any account or shipping information is incorrect.
    Your saved shipping information will appear automatically when we update it.

  • Freight

    Freight delivery remains the same, and the carrier will reach out to coordinate timing if required.

Email an order to your account

Approved customers may be able to email an order to their account using pallet SKU codes.

Send an email with the SKU code and quantity, then log in to your wholesale account. Your cart will be loaded and ready to review before checkout.

Managing your account

Your wholesale account allows you to view order history, reorder pallets, add additional buyers.

  • Account changes and support

    We manage account updates to help keep ordering, billing, and freight details accurate.

    Contact us for changes to:

    • Names
    • Email addresses
    • Shipping addresses
    • Shipping preferences
    • Billing or account details

  • Order history and reordering

    Orders using PAL or MIX SKUs can be reordered directly from your account.

    Historical orders may appear differently depending on when they were placed and how the order was originally structured. If you are unsure which item to reorder, contact our team before placing the order.

  • Adding buyers

    You can add additional buyers to your account directly within Shopify.

    Only approved buyers should be added to the account. If you need support with account access or buyer setup, contact our team.
