Inukshuk Professional Dog Food ships to approved wholesale accounts across Canada and the United States. 

We work with reputable common carriers selected for service quality and competitive pricing. If you prefer a specific carrier, we are happy to accommodate, and any costs beyond our standard rate will be passed on to you. 

All orders are inspected and confirmed damage-free before being handed to the carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive carrier details, an estimated delivery date, and a tracking number. 

Delivery delays can occur outside of our control. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information before reaching out to us. We do not have access to information beyond what is available to you through carrier tracking.

 Inukshuk Professional Dog Food is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once carrier tracking shows "Delivered" or "Notice Left." It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location. Advance notice of delivery time is available for a fee if required.
