Returns and Refunds

This policy applies to approved wholesale accounts purchasing through the Inukshuk Professional Dog Food wholesale store.

 All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Do not wait. Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If there is visible external damage, note it on the delivery slip and have the driver sign before they leave. 

Every claim must include; photos, a brief description of what occurred, and the bill of lading or delivery receipt with the damage clearly marked and initialed by the carrier. 

Each claim is reviewed individually by our team on a case by case basis. We do not issue refunds on wholesale orders. All resolutions are handled through account credit. Credits are calculated based on the percent loss per bag and will be applied to your account for use on future orders. Cosmetic damage sustained during transport does not automatically qualify for full credit or replacement.
